Think of the versatility and the professional-quality output of VEGAS Pro and take away most of its complexity – that is what VEGAS Movie Studio offers you, a pro-looking video creation and editing tool with half the learning curve.
Making professional movie creation and edition available to non-professional users is not an easy task to achieve, and yet MAGIX has made it possible with this new version of VEGAS Movie Studio. This compact yet comprehensive app for 64-bit Windows architectures comes with everything any user needs to start producing high-quality standard and HD movies with the distinctive VEGAS finish. The multiple panels, features, and functions of the main interface may deter some newbies, but the exhaustive help, the wide variety of tutorials provided, and the program’s Project Wizard and Movie Wizard should put them quickly at ease. Though its overall functionality may be but a fraction of that in VEGAS Pro and only a part of that in the Platinum and Suite editions, they all share very similar interfaces, and that similarity – together with the app’s own extensive functionality – make necessary a certain learning curve.
You can add to the program’s timeline as many videos, images, and audio files as you require to produce your movie or to create a slideshow with your favorite photos and audio tracks. They can be already-existing files or video and photos imported directly from your cameras and audio tracks ripped from your favorite CDs. You can arrange all your media files in the timeline easily with your mouse, and then add effects, 2D and 3D transitions, clean the audio tracks, enhance the video streams, and perform all kind of edits. Video Event FX and Audio Track FX will provide you with all the special effects you need to unleash your creativity. Preview your creation using the program’s built-in media player, and perform as many corrections and additions as you wish. You may want to add in the Preferences window a link to your favorite audio editor, and VEGAS Movie Studio will use open it for you whenever you need to edit your audio tracks more thoroughly. You can share your movies directly to YouTube, Vimeo, and Facebook in a snap, or burn them to a DVD or Blu-ray disc. The superior Platinum and Suite editions come with DVD Architect Studio, which allows you to author your video discs with a true professional touch.
VEGAS Movie Studio is not only a helpful first step towards the VEGAS Pro suite of products – it is a feature-rich movie creation tool in itself that many users will find it comprehensive enough to produce their high-quality standard and HD movies.

This is the most reliable of the remote computing products I have tried, certainly better than the WebEx product. I've been using it for two years now, no complaints.
Stay far away from this deceptive program. It will try to install spyware.I managed to opt out of installing the spyware. Or so I thought. The first time I tried to use it, it told me that it could not produce MP3 output (the default!) unless I also install something called "System Guards". From the looks of its home page (systemguards.com) I wouldn't trust it.
LOVE IT :) a lil bit off hand but otherwise, very good!
